MacBook Air 2018 startup issue

getting graphical anomalies on startup. Sometimes apple logo divides or “snowy screen with bright green lines on top and bottom.

Looks like a hardware problem. : /

Third machine. Still happening as of Dec. 10 2019. Genius Bar said hardware issue twice. but issue remains. has a lot of performance issues also. I think this model has a design flaw with t2 chip and logic board.
