Hello guys,

I recently bought an Apple Macbook Air M2 2022 and i have a display issue, as in the photo.

If i make the display brighter, the horizontal lines, they go away, but the vertical ones stay. Outside, if its cold, the display gets worse.

Is this a display issue? maybe a ribbon cable issue? or something else?

Anyone had this problem?

Thank you!

The entire display needs to be replaced. Someone dropped it or banged it against something. It doesn't need to be hard enough to dent the chassis. That's usually the cause of those vertical lines.
