MacBook Air (A2179) part help

Hello All,
I’m very new here so hope I’m posting this correctly!
I have a dead MacBook Air (A2179) and I have found the issue using a thermal camera (see photos)
There is a component with R33 written on it, I looked up the schematics and this part is L7400. It’s glowing white hot as you can see in the photos.
Does anyone know where I can buy this part? I live in the UK but happy to buy it anywhere.
Also, does anyone know what this part is called? I could only find the code not the part description.
Any help would be amazing.

Thank you JPack. Is it a part I can buy? Or might I need to source a broken motherboard and salvage that part?

You can buy it. It’s a 0.33UH inductor. But you’ll need a hot air station to remove and install the component. Might consider taking it to a shop.

JPack, There are 4 of these R33 in a row. Are they all the same value? As when I looked up the schematics they all had different labels. Like L7400, L7230 etc. Bot sure if these are part numbers or just descriptions for its job.

L7400 should just be the label. The value is R33.
