Not sure if any one has solved this problem yet, I have a Lindy DP port to dual HMDI splitter. But no matter what I try it won’t output to either external monitor.
My MacBook Air is early 2015.
I’ve tried if I use an individual DP to HDMI it works. I’ve read that DP won’t support two externals so I’ve tried usb to HDMI, but this won’t work either.
Has anyone any suggestions that may help? I’ve heard high Sierra was a problem with dual outputs.
I’ve cleared Ram, updated display link and tried everything so far.

If your using High Sierra you've had it.
The only solution I've found that works on my work MacBook Air since I updated the OS is to use two old Thunderbolt displays daisychained. Note this won't work on a different monitor using mini display port.

Hopefully Apple fix this with the next MacOS.

Yes, was thinking this.
Going to try a friends MacBook Pro and see how that goes.
