MacBook Air Dual external displays

I'm trying to get two displays to connect with my MacBook Air 2012. Currently i can get one display to work with mini display port and i know i can use a usb 3.0 to mini display port for a second display but i was wondering if the Belkin Thunderbolt express dock would better fit for the job? Or fit at all.
