I don’t even have a week with my mba 2020 and there’s already a scratch in the part of the hinge under the screen because I accidentally touched it with my nails. Is this normal?

That looks like it may come off if you rub it with a pencil rubber. Could be worth a go.

I also got a small dent 2 weeks after purchase, thats life just use your laptop it will always get some scratches.

I already did that and it didn’t come off, it got slightly worse

It's normal - that part is plastic. All of the black plastic Mac hinge parts are pretty easily scratched and always have been.
