I have an all Mac/Apple office except for a Dell laptop I bought for new employees to use for training. The Dell has been a disaster. Since day 1 it can barely go on the Internet. We have added zero software to it...we just need it to run internet based training modules. Anyway, I am going I replace it because it is costing me $$ because training is taking twice as long as it should! Would you just get a current MacBook Air? Or a previous generation? I likely have to purchase at Best Buy as they are taking back the Dell past the return window. Any brilliant deals out there somewhere else?

We own several MBAs in our house, and they are used for professional software development, and college student life. So I would say one of the best things about them is they hold up well over time (the oldest is a 2011, with 10.12 on it) and are in a good place between function and portability. With that in mind, have you used one of your Macs to make sure they can effectively run the training modules (every browser has its quirks). Is the screen size the same? This is Black Friday time of year, and BB usually has deals of some sort on Apple gear. Their ad is already available.

Yes. They work as long as the computer has flash.
