Well just a question about these two processors, i32020 mcbookair vs I5 late2013 mcbookpro
will they be the same in terms of performance ? ...
I3 will it be sligtly or significantly better or the opposite ?

It’ll be faster. The i5/i7 2020 MBA is roughly the same performance of the quad core ivy bridge in the 2012 MBP 15 that I still have. Are you sure you have Ivy Bridge? If you bought the 2012 NON-retina mbp 13 then yes, it will have Ivy Bridge and it will definitely be slower than the i3. I have the late 2013 MBP 13 and mine has Haswell. Anyways the 2020 MBA i3 scores about 690 in Cinebench R20.
This is my late 2013 Haswell i5 MBP 13, the i3 MBA is faster and will FEEL faster also as the GPU/SSD/memory is much quicker with the MBA and single core performance will be much better too as you're comparing 4th gen cpu vs 10th gen cpu. 22nm vs 10nm!
