MacBook Air late 2010

My macbook air is so slow with the beach ball Turing so much. I downloaded Safari 12. I have High Sierra 10.13.6.
 
How much RAM do you have? How full is your SSD? What other stuff do you have running on the machine? How long do you go between reboots?
