MacBook Air (M1, 2020) Owners: Are you able to determine GPU core count via System Information?

This question could probably be answered by ANY M1 Mac owner, but specifically for the MacBook Air folks, is there a spot in System Information (formerly System Profiler) that shows the GPU core count (and can therefore distinguish a MacBook Air with 7 GPU cores from one with 8 GPU cores)?

On the same page I see 'Automatically Adjust Brightness: No'
whereas System Preferences/Displays has 'Automatically Adjust Brightness' checked...
