If you have the pentalobe screwdriver to remove the bottom cover, disconnect the battery, wait about 30 minutes, connect the charger and see if the Macbook powers up on its own without pressing the power button.

Are the charger and battery working? if I remember correctly the air will not start without a battery.

Sorry for delay in reply i could not found the screwdriver , but i connected it without battery same thing is happening fan suns for 2-3 seconds but nothing on the screen. Is there anything else that i can try ?

The Air powers up by itself when the battery is disconnected and charger is connected?

Turn the Air on its side and look to see if the fan starts and stops or it starts off at full speed and then slows down.

it just starts at full speed and keep on running at full speed with some jerks in middle . i think its just broken now n i should try to find another . But really really Thanks for trying to Help , appreciate it @Audit13

so basically only choice i have now is to either buy new or take it to proper service center right ?
