Could anybody tell me what models you could get from Apple Retail Stores in the UK? I wanted to get a Macbook Air with i7,8gb,512GB but will they do them atall? Many Thanks 🙂

I did but got different responses :L I got a response of no, a response of yes and a response of all 3 cores (whatever thats meant to mean).

MacBook Air has two different processors available, but each in either 11 or 13-inch screens. I don't know of any way to interpret "all 3 cores" other than a clerk that didn't understand your request.
If you got a Yes, then I suggest that you go to that particular Apple store, if you want to go in, then walk out with one. Some countries have the capability to order on-line, for pickup in your local store. Makes your time in the store very quick. That option doesn't appear for U.K., apparently.

Or, just order on-line, and you should get your order in a couple of days.

the bigger stores (regent street) will stock it but the smaller stores usually only have base models

I got the same spec from the Apple store in Glasgow if that helps
