On the Air bog, someone got a MacBreak.com news-tweet ? saying Apple's rented the Moscone Center for Sun. June 27th I think is was. Could that be where a whole bunch of small upgrades & maybe not-so-small Mac Pro and monitor upgrades happen, en masse?

Oh, P.S. The price/features comparison of the Air to a Macbook Pro, is different if you assume SSD on both. Then the $1799. for the air seems almost a bargain... (though no option for a 256SSD on it, quite yet. Could a BTO for that arrive soon?) Comparing a $1800. SSD Air with a $1200. 13" Pro without thr SSD is nonsensical, yet one hears that comparison being made all the time. Gotta compare apples to apples, kids!

i would not buy an air now. it has not had an update in a long time and is in bad need of one.
