Macbook Air Price Break

I see this price coming WAY down fast. The only thing it has going for it is the slim factor. Otherwise I don't see WHY anyone would want to replace their current macbooks with this??

I don't think the price will drop (the way the iPhone's did), but I do think they'll be in a hurry to increase the specs if they don't sell nearly as well as Apple thinks they will.

I know, it doesn't even come with a remote, they charge extra for it. With an optical drive, it easily creeps up to 3K

Thats a little extreme. While I do think it's overpriced, +remote, +optical is still well under 3k, even with tax.
