I have a MacBook Air 11, 2013.
I install the Mojave, after the Mac settings not see the serial.
I attached the picture.

By clean install, I mean erasing the drive before installing Mojave.

If you can enter internet recovery, you can install Mojave over wifi. If not, you will need to use another Mac to create a usb installer.

I try the clean install, but after installed not show the serial.

I have read that, for unknown reasons, some Macs might lose the serial number. That seems unlikely, when the serial is burned into the bootrom of your Mac. But, if it is missing, that's all you need to know.
You can try to re-apply the serial number, by using Apple's tool named "Blank Board serializer"
That software is used by Apple whenever logic boards are replaced, as the replacement board serial number is blank
There's some information on this web page - http://rogersm.net/icloud-problems-mountain-lion-serial-number

What about using an earlier OS such as Sierra or High Sierra?
High Sierra

This solution works the old Mac, and not working new.
