MacBook Air reinstallation

I have a Macbook air A1304, but my flash drive with the os was misplaced.?
Now i need to reinstall my laptop because it isn't starting. What can i use to reinstall or get back my laptop to work. I also have a superdrive. Please help me.. Thank you lots.

press Command "R" during startup (before the chime) to start Internet Recovery.
