Well... 2 macbook airs thus far. First one had lines and dead pixels. Second one has the USB port was broken and not bootable and the battery only has 90% health. This time I get a $100 credit to upgrade to the SSD model. (yay) CSR mentioned that in the very unlikely event the next one has similar issues, I will be given "more extreme options." You know... I never have problems when I buy apple products. It is great to see when you do, they are willing to actually step up to the plate and make good on it. They could just as easily say "heh... why dont you just take a refund" I will post here with further progress as it happens.
