Macbook air screen issue!

Hi all,
All of the sudden my screen intermittently turns greyscale with a large stripe down the middle. It occurred after a trip on my bike (no drops) If I use force on the bottom left edge and right edge it will go back to normal, and then if I release my fingers it goes back to this. Any thoughts on how I can fix this?
