I have an iMac and I want to mirror the screen from my MacBook Air to the iMac. How can I do this without using a cable?

I’ll be interested in this as well. Some iMacs support target display mode but not all and it’s of course a cable solution.

How is that displaying the same screen then the MacBook simultaneously? That’s just syncing documents, right?
My bad, I misunderstood. I thought she meant she was moving from a MacBook to iMac and wanted to "mirror" her setup, as in having all the same folders and files on her iMac as on her MacBook.

Thanks for clarifying!

Nice - would you have a link with the steps by chance? Does it only allow mirroring?

Cheers!
I used this.

I can control my MacBook Air from the iMac.
