Make the base Pro the same price as the Air and I also see no point in its existence.

I enjoy the physical f-keys + Touch ID + wedge shape + smaller charger. I don't need the extra power of the Pro.

The Macbook Air is only .2 pounds lighter than the 13 inch Pro - which is more than twice as fast. SO what is the point of the "air?."
