Macbook Air (UK) - Is this a good deal?

I've been looking at this from Very:

It's the 2017 MacBook Air 256GB model - reduced to £949 and with an extra £120 for using 12 months BNPL (0%) so £829. I know it's about to be updated but wondered if that's still a good price.

Very doesn’t have a great reputation. There are instances the cash back isn’t given. You also need to create credit account with them which will affect your credit report.

I’ve already got Very account - I got my iPad from them with 50 quid off - and I’m a good complainer so I’d like to see them try to con me out of the cashback!

Apart from all that, is it a good deal?

Personally, I feel it’s overpriced for what it is even with the discount.
