Macbook air vs macbook pro - screen in sun

I use my laptop outside. Which screen would be more easily seen in the sun?

Generally speaking, the one that can go brightest will be easier to see in sunlight. The Pro have higher nits.

You need a matte screen protector (better yet, a different model with a matte screen) and a display as bright as possible.

My Thinkpad's 400 nits matte display does better outside than my friend's 500 nits glossy Macbook, btw.
