Macbook air won't load the start screen

Dear all

I am in the sad situation, that all of a sudden my Macbook Air won't load when I turn the computer on (see attached file). It happened after I restarted it yesterday. I have tried some different stuff to make it work, without succes.

Do you have any idea what the problem is, and how to fix it?

Testing with external usb(with OSX)?

Do you have a backup of your data? If yes, try reinstalling the os or internet recovery.
