i doubt it, for $1200, it should be close to a real laptop. as far as hardwares are concerned.

Do we know it's 1200 bucks?

Anyway, an ARM-based machine would be fun. I just thought, Apple have an operating system for ARM, they have the infrastructure for ARM programs, and Cocoa is highly portable between CPUs.

Well that's what happens. The smaller and lighter a notebook, the more expensive and/or less feature filled they become.

wait for price drop, 1200 in 3 months!

SSD one is worthless, OSX is journaled file system, large amount of writing will kill SSD harddrive in 2-3 years.
