Thanks again for the info guys.

I think i’ll go for this one.

Just out of interest: are there any other displays with the same features (4K, usb-c, quality of screen etc) in 24”? Haven’t seen any...
I asked the same question above. I’d be interested in 21.5” to 24”.

LG has a horrendously expensive 21.5” one that presumably uses the same panel as the 21.5” 4K iMac but I want to know what other options there are.

It’s harder/more costly for manufacturers to squeeze 4K pixels into 24” or less. This is one reason the Apple/LG 4K and 5K monitors are so expensive.

As yield rates improve, I’m sure more variety in size will be available.

I’d be interested to know if either of you find one though!

I got the monitor and so far its gorgeous. Image is great and the MacBook performs great. Just waiting on my Apple Keyboard and Mouse.

Love how the single cable does everything and charges my MacBook fast as well.

BEAUTIFUL setup. May I ask if your Macbook shows some temp rise signs? I fear doing the same to mine and having the display get damaged for any reason, like normal temprature rise whilst the screen is close to the keyboard.

Also, does the laptop charge feature of the monitor comply specifically with the Macbook needs? does it not overcharge, etc?

Thanks!

@andy9l @SpitUK Just want to check with both of you as you own this monitor, does it charge the Macbook whilst the monitor is off?

I recently read some comments somewhere (I forgot where) that some usb type-c monitors only provide power delivery whilst the monitor is on, i.e. not off or in standby.

Thanks

Monitor must be turned on, but can be in standby mode.
