Macbook Apple Wall Plug Duckhead

Hello!

I have one question,

I bought a macbook pro 2017 from US and i live in UK, i was wondering can i use my iphone's 8 apple adaptor 29W wall plug duckhead into my macbook pro's charge adaptor? will it damage/ slow charge or do anything bad to my laptop?

I'm 85% sure they are the same part and will work just fine. Someone else will come along to confirm.

I heard they are interchangeable and any duckhead part from any region can be used on a 12W, 29W, 61W or 85W power adapter, but i just want to make sure it's all right without damaging my macbook with electrical discharge or having a slow charging, after all, i'm using its power adapter to charge my macbook i only use the duckhead because it fits my region, the US duckhead won't help me here in UK

I've never used an international plug, but that's all the travel adapter kit is--different duckhead adapters: https://www.apple.com/shop/product/...=aos-us-kwgo-pla-btb--slid--product-MD837AM/A

The actual power bricks are rated 110-220v (or something) so they are designed to be universally compatible with any power regardless of voltage.

I belive that mounting my UK duckhead on my macbook charger adaptor i can use it like i would use a US duckhead, without any damage and problems right?

Awesome! Thanks! Now it makes sense! Besides, it would've been the same UK Duckhead inside that Apple's World Travel Kit, no need for 2 UK Duckheads
