Macbook ask for partition at every boot

Hello,

I've a macbook (2010) which ask for partition (hdd or recovery) every reboot.
I'm not on option key and I think the keyboard is working properly.

I've reset startup disk to HDD > no change
I've upgraded to 10.13 > no change

Is there any other location where it can be set or tool to change this ?

If you have a USB mouse and keyboard, disconnect the internal keyboard and trackpad, connect the USB peripherals, and boot the machine.
