i just got my macbook in and want to get a backpack so i can carry it around campus, any suggestion? the laptop will go into a neoprene sleeve before i put it in my backpack.

I was going to suggest the Swiss Gear Synergy but you already have a sleeve so let's see what others suggest.

I was thinking about getting the Incase Rip-Stop Backpack (Green/Tan/Black) from the apple website, but after reading the reviews, everyone seems to say how the strap break very easily after a couple of weeks. Im looking for something similar to this.

i need something bigger than that because i will have to carry around a textbook or two.

Ive got a Crumpler Sheep Scarer it had more than enough room for my MacBook and a few textbooks.

I use the smallest swiss gear awesome bag put in the laptop and books notebooks homework and go to class. Lifetime warranty really durable materials padding badass backpack recommended 🙂

I have a STm Glove that i use when I put it in my old backpack, but I just bought a Crumper so I've been using that instead.

Here you are...

so sick.

I use a Timberland backpack that fits my 12" PB and sleeve and should fit a MacBook.
Timber Sumac Dual Compartment Laptop Backpack

I also have a Crumpler Part and Parcel for sale if anyone is interested. From their site "Works with 14" iBook and 15" PowerBook & MacBook Pro."

For about $70 you can get a high quality Swiss Army brand backpack with room for the laptop and books and a few other things. I got mine at my Apple store.

It's cool, I was just wondering cause retail of the Synergy model is at least $82 but Amazon had it for $60 shipped.
