MacBook battery problem

Hi Guys

Bit confused about this - my battery on my MB has sort of stopped working! It won't charge and it says "no batteries available" (see attachment).

Any ideas what I could do to get it going again?

the same thing happened to my wife's macbook 4 weeks from new !
new battery on its way.
try taking the battery out hold power button for 15 seconds release button and refit battery.
it didn't work for me though
