Hi,
I have an old white C2D macbook that I got back in '07 from Apple UK. Currently have it running Snow Leopard all up to date etc.
Recently I have experienced random shutdowns when running from battery power, like at 60%, no where near low power really.
I tried recalibrating the battery, and resetting the PRAM like it says on one of the Apple support pages, but the problem still persists
It is fine when run off AC mains power, so this leads me to deduce that the battery is FUBAR.
I'm pretty sure I'm now out of Apple warranty, so what can I do? (apart from buying a new battery from ebay etc)
Please help!
Thankyou
