Hi,
I have an old white C2D macbook that I got back in '07 from Apple UK. Currently have it running Snow Leopard all up to date etc.
Recently I have experienced random shutdowns when running from battery power, like at 60%, no where near low power really.
I tried recalibrating the battery, and resetting the PRAM like it says on one of the Apple support pages, but the problem still persists 🙁
It is fine when run off AC mains power, so this leads me to deduce that the battery is FUBAR.
I'm pretty sure I'm now out of Apple warranty, so what can I do? (apart from buying a new battery from ebay etc)
Please help!
Thankyou
