Why don't you pop in the OSX disc and try to repair the permissions on your drive?

    ok this it what happened:

i deleted the applesetupdone file and i did get in in the computer and i put my new username and new password. but from there i didnt follow right the instructions and i shut down the computer and now the mac wont start and obviously the steps of booting into Single User Mode and doing all the codes to gain acces are not working.

so is there a solution to this stupidity?:(
