BIG PROBLEM!

Hey guys.. sorry to bother but I'm freaking out right now.. I have a Macbook Pro 13 from 2015 and I recently wanted to format it to factory settings to start off clean again but I don't know what I did wrong I think I ruined something.
I did everything the tutorial said I erased Macintosh HD - Data first then when I wanted to erase Macintosh HD I got an error saying that disk 2s5d or something couldn't be erased because of a kextcashe issue I don't know what this means.. I couldn't erase it so I just cancelled the process and when the laptop restarted I got a text screen saying "your computer restarted because of a problem..."

I pressed a button to continue and the laptop wanted to restart again but I keep getitng this message now and I don't know what to do..

I'm supposed to go to Japan for my studies in a few weeks and the laptop is crucial for it. being a student I don't have the means to buy a new one at this time so this would be horrible I really hope that anyone can help me. Thanks

Make sure that you've started up from internet recovery. If you're trying to use the built-in recovery, you won't be able to fully erase the disk as that's where the recovery environment is stored.

First off I thank you for your reply but I'm not a tech guy so I don't understand a lot of things. I have tried to format using the command R during startup method. Is this not good? How can I go to the internet recovery mode?

Internet recovery is command-option-R at startup.

Internet recovery is command-option-R at startup.

I started the laptop in this mode and managed to erase the Macintosh HD file but then when I went back and wanted to Reinstall MacOS I couldn't click on "continue" for some reason..

So I retarted the laptop again and I got a file icon with a question mark that keeps flashing..

EDIT: I managed to get it to the startup menu where it says "Internet recover starting it may take a while"
Then I get the logo of the world spinning and my wifi with the signal is there but I have no other options or other choices except for using another wifi but it automatically finds the right one but I can't click on anything to proceed.

1. Boot to internet recovery
- Command-OPTION-R at boot
- You'll need your wifi password
- It may take a while to load, BE PATIENT

2. ERASE the internal drive
- Open disk utility
- Go to view menu and if you see the choice "show all devices", choose it
(If you DON'T see it, don't worry about it)
- Select the TOP line on disk utility's "list" (on the left). This represents the physical drive inside the MacBook
- Click the erase button. IMPORTANT:
a. If you're installing High Sierra or earlier, use Mac OS extended with journaling enabled, GUID partition format
b. If you're installing Mojave, use APFS, GUID partition format
- Erase the drive and close disk utility.

3. Install the OS
- Open the OS installer and begin "clicking through" the install process
- The computer may reboot once or twice, and it will take some time, BE PATIENT.

4. Set up your account
- When the install is done, begin setup.

That should do it.
