Macbook car charger

Apple and none of the large accesory companies seem to offer a Macbook car charger but there appear to be many on ebay such as http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Car-Airliner-...erSupplies?hash=item19b7397b57#ht_1794wt_1154

Has anyone used one of these? Any thoughts?

The other alternative is an AC-DC inverter but it seems a lot more efficient not to convert DC-AC-DC and some of the inverters can be quite loud.

All I've ever used in my car is a DC - AC inverter and it works great. These inverters are versatile and can also be used to charge your cell phone etc...

I also use a inverter never had a problem using it.
