I have a macbook CD and I'm looking into buying Final Cut Express would it be fast or is my graphics card to poor?
 
You would be limited on what you can do. A MacBook Pro would be much more suited for that. The MacBook does meet the minimum requirements though. I would put as much RAM as you can afford into it.
 
Depends what you want to do. Since you're buying the express version, I assume it won't be that hard core. A MacBook plus plenty of RAM will work just fine. For more complex things it might not.
