Macbook Crash

Well I recently converted from a Dell 600m to a Black Macbook. Firstly, I am impressed by the cool apps but not in reliability. I experience crashes about once a day. During these crashes my Macbook will pretty much reboot. Now I have no way of interpreting the Console in the Utilities folder, so could you guys and gals help me out??
