MacBook dead... now what?

My MacBook's hard drive died today. Can I get the music off of my iPhone? How about the apps? I have access to a PC at home and another MacBook at a friend's house.

Thank you for the useless post. I'll respond to it regardless. Most of the music is backed up but not the iTunes library file. There are a few songs I would like to get off of it. I just remembered I can re-download the apps from the iTunes store at a later date.
