Just purchased a 15" MacBook Pro with the antiglare display. The computer is wonderful as expected but noticed that when watching Netflix on the full-screen display, the picture is glittery and appears to lag enough to be distracting. Also, the screen appears to be darker than it should be.

Does anyone think it's because of the antiglare screen? Is it a problem with the graphics card? Should I have gotten the regular glossy display? Given the cost of these machines, I expect optimum performance.

Thank you in advance

If it only happens when you watch Netflix in fullscreen I would blame a litany of things before I blamed your display surface type.

Internet connection speed.
Silverlight.
Lack of RAM.
Graphics processor.

Thank you, I don't think it has anything to do with my Internet speed since it looks fine provided I don't expand to full screen - movies work great on my iMac
