MacBook drop... What's wrong now?

Well, over the weekend the unfortunate happened and I tripped on the edge of the couch and dropped my Late '08 Unibody MacBook. Now it wont power up. I hit the power button and the hard drive spins for a few seconds, nothing comes up on screen and then it just shuts off a few seconds later.

What do you guys think it may be? Logic board or something?

What do you mean by reset the ram? take it out and put it back in? Now that I think about it sometimes it beeps 3 times or so upon starting it up.

yep take it out and put it back in maybe its slightly misaligned and the macbook doesn't boot

edit2: 3 beeps usually mean bad ram (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2341?viewlocale=en_US)
