Ugh, I thought that was from my old MacBook and was transferred over with Migration Assistant.
I hope it wasn't needed because I deleted it!

When you do an OS X update that is when you will get the EFI updates. The EFI icon in the utility folder doesn't do anything that I could see, when I tried to use it.
