MacBook External Monitor not working full screen

Hello,

I have a problem with my external monitor, it does not open full screen.

Just a rectangle screen on top left of the monitor. 🙁

I have attached a screenshot, looking forward for your response.

Is this in all uses, or only streaming video? For example can you expand a plain web page in Safari to use the entire screen?

Just only on streaming video!
I can expand a plain website but not a streaming video...

It's an issue with whatever plug-in that video is using.
