MacBook finally crashed. Does Apple Store check your files?

I have a lot of "files" on my computer. I don't know if they check or open your files. LOL
but I wonder if they do.

Lol. well in that case I wouldn't worry😛 But even if they do see them, there would be serious consequences if they were to copy them or what not. I really don't think they'll snoop around for that type of stuff though. You should be fine.
