most sleeves, yes. The dimensions are on apple's website. The macbook is smaller than the 11" air the direction the keyboard goes, but larger from top to bottom.
I use this Incase sleeve and its perfect...snug and I couldn't be happier.

I'm using this width-entry (opposite orientation to cforster's) Incase sleeve:

It works a treat. There's a little extra room length-ways, maybe 1/2-3/4 of an inch, but vertically it's perfect.

I've tried out a few sleeves in a few shops, not yet found one that perfectly fit. I did find one that was supposed to fit an iPad and it fit almost perfect, just a teeny bit too tight. I will probably check out an iPad case store tomorrow.
