Hello,

This morning when I started up my MacbookPro, there was some error with lots of weird computer writings.
It said "shut down and restart", so I did.
It then started up and stayed frozen on the log in screen.
So, I pressed the power button.
It restarted but now it gives me a frozen white screen (see picture attached)

Does anyone have any idea what can I do to solve this?
This laptop is only 3 weeks old!!

Thanks a lot.

Assuming you did not mess with system files or just installed some utility that caused this, it sounds like a hardware problem you cannot fix yourself. Given it is only three weeks old, just take it back to Apple for a warranty repair.
