I had a question about the Macbook's GPU - I heard somewhere that the amount of memory available to the GPU will increase if you need it up to a maximum of 25% of your total memory, is this true? If so, will 2 gigs let you have 512 megs of vram while gaming, for instance?

Under Windows, GMA950 can eat up up to 224MB of the system RAM. Under OS X, the driver caps it at 64MB. There is also RAM used up by the OS X driver itself, so the actual amount used is 80MB or a little more.

Details here -- the notes are about the Mac mini, but it's the same beast.
