Where is the best place to get a Macbook HD??? I'm looking for 250gig or maybe the new 320gig.

Newegg, I just put the 320G samsung in mine, works great.

you need a SATA 3.0gbs HD right?

SATA yes. I dont know if it has to be 3.0 or not. My MB is a late-2006 model and thus can use 1.5. If yours is newer, it might be able to use the 3.0 at full speed.
