Macbook HDMI adapter

Hi. I have a white macbook, I think from 2007.
I want to connect it to my HD TV through my TV's HDMI port. Is there an HDMI adapter available that will give me both picture and sound?
I realize that there are ones available for newer macbooks, but I'm looking for one that will work with my older macbook, and will provide picture and sound. Thanks!

They have cables that will have HDMI on one end and split at the other to connect to the Mac display port plus the headphone port.
