Hi, I just bought a Macbook Pro from a 3rd party site, Macconnections, but it was less than 30 days ago. If my MBP needs fixing, or in the worst case to return it, will Apple store give me service even if I didn't buy Applecare? In case that I need to swap the MBP, will they let me do that or do I have to go to the website where I bought it from to do that?

If you bought it new, it's covered by a 1 year warranty from Apple. Service can be provided by Apple Stores or Apple directly.

Yes, the store or a service provider should be able to perform diagnostics and repair the system as long as no accidental damage is found. Returns however would be processed by the Macconnections. If you paid someone other than Apple for your computer, they would not be able to replace it during the return (for most resellers it is 2 weeks). Replacement of a system is considered only after multiple repairs have been attempted to address the same issue within a certain time frame.
