Hi. Wondering if someone can help me?
When I scroll through my old conversation in messages I can no longer see the image but instead a blank file (picture attached).
I have tried clicking the 'i' next to it but it doesn't do anything.
However if I click on 'details' I can see all the images there perfectly fine so I know they've not been deleted.
If anyone knows and can guide me, I'd be sooooo grateful!!!
