So this problem has been going on for a while now. Basically my MacBook and iPhone will randomly stop being able to load web pages as if the internet has stopped working, and sometimes when I reset my modem it works again, but a lot of times it continues not to work, but when I check the 3 PCs on the same network they all are working fine.

I've reset all my network settings and called my ISP several times but nothing they've done seems to help, and they have no clue about Macs.

I have researched the crap out of this and can't find anything helpful or similar to my situation.

Information:
MacBook is a mid-2010 model that has had its airport card replaced once about 6 months ago.
Its running Mac OS 10.7.4, and has the latest firmware update.

My router is a Linksys Dual-Band router
It has all the latest firmware updates.
My MacBook connects to it on the 5Ghz N network using WPA2 security

My ISP is Bell Aliant

This occasionally happens to my iPhone 3GS as well.
